Feeds are everywhere. Every blog has an RSS feed, social network sites have feeds for your friends’ activities etc. Feeds are a nice thing to have. At FilmGator we are building an activity feed that for starters will cover the whole user base and their activities at the site. The stream will be finetuned in the future to filter important data for each individual user - i.e. activity of their friends etc.

The future plan is also to package up your personal feed and make it possible to export it to different services. The FilmGator Facebook application is a good example of this.
