I'd have to say this is probably one of my all time favorite movies. I don't know if it was the way they extremely effectively captured the illusion of it being a documentary, the underlying messages of racism, the growth of the hero, the visuals, the action--it was all fantastic. A good portion of the movie I was sucked in. I was with the main character. I felt so much a part of the situation at times it was unnerving. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
Interesting take on the aliens living among us. Not since "Alien Nation" has there been something so timely. The underlying theme of oppression is barely masked by the plight of the stranded aliens and the tension with humans. Good overall plot holds the story together.
Amazing flick done in such an innovative way. Changed the way Sci-fi is watched by Americans and my youthful generation.
A good reversal take on the alien interaction with humans movie. There are some visual scenes that are a little graphic, I'm okay with that, just a heads up for those that might get a little squeamish.
Although not living up to the hype, it was interesting with decent visuals.
